Q1 2017 update
Optimse got off to a flying start in 2017 as we were brought in for a 3 month period at TfGM (Transport for Greater Manchester) to assist within their Portfolio team. We carried out a piece of work on ‘Benefits Management’ details on the infrastructure project can be found here. We’ve consulted on some great work with TfGM in the past and our MD Jason has worked as part of the project team on a consultative basis since 2008 where he was initially involved in the ‘Transport Innovation Fund’, the project was worth £1.5 bn.
We’ve continued to evolve our strong relationship with our partners ‘Decipher Group’ who are a construction consultancy based in Macclesfield. As part of our partnership business, ‘Decipher & Optimise Partnership’ continue to work together across the board. In addition, expanding our partners and having some great conversations in the education and retail sectors so watch this space!
We launched our much anticipated website at the beginning of the year which was designed by Knutsford based marketing agency Ultimate Creative Communications. We’ve had some great feedback on the website so far and hope to develop the website further in the near future as our business grows where we plan to upload thought leadership articles.
Optimise was featured in the Award Winning Business Club ‘Downtown in Business’ ‘Big Black Book 2017’ under their ‘Future Talents’ section which was a huge privilege given the calibre of up and coming individuals and businesses in the Manchester region – you can read more about this here.
Lastly Optimise has gone back to school! We’ve been selected as one of the businesses to go on the ERDF Cheshire & Warrington Business Growth Programme. We’ve also given back to education and dedicated some time to help up and coming CIOB applicants by mentoring them through the process.
